The 5th International Conference of Applied Linguistics

will be held on 26-28 September 2019 at the Faculty of Philology
of Vilnius University (5 Universiteto street, LT-01131 Vilnius, Lithuania).
Arrival
From Vilnius international airport to the bus/railway stations (from the airport to the centre – 7 km):
- by train (route: “Oro uostas” – “Vilnius”) (The ticket costs EUR 0.70. It can be purchased online, in the train and at the railway station)
- „Airport Express“ (route: „Vilnius Airport“ – „Vilnius Bus Station“) (Tickets are available from the Vilnius bus station box office, from the driver, ticket price – 2 €)
- bus No. 1 (route: „Oro uostas“ – „Stotis“) (Tickets are available from the driver, ticket price – 1 €)
- taksi (a short taxi ride from the airport to the Old Town of Vilnius takes approximately 15-20 minutes and costs about 10 euros)
From Vilnius bus/railway stations to the Old Town:
- on foot (approx. 25 min)
- 1, 2, 7, 20 troleibusai, 1G, 53 autobusai (route: „Stotis“ – „Trakų stotelė“) (Tickets are available from the driver, ticket price – 1 €)
From hotels. The Faculty of Philology is situated within a walkable distance from many hotels and guest houses in the city centre.
